Yes the garage sale is done and we had a great one. We got rid of most of the stuff and only had 2 boxes of little stuff and a few big items left. So if you need a box flex, a kitchen table and chairs, or cloth diapers, or a car seat cover, let me know! So to top of a great garage sale, i got a great surprise. I sat down in the recliner to relax a little bit and looked out into the street to see a red buick and so i said to Brittany, my neighbor, “if i didn’t know better id say that was my parents car” The car keeps driving after trying to park on the wrong side of the road, then it crosses over to park on the right side and in front of our house. About the time it went behind the bush i was sitting by i think to myself, thats a SD liscense plate, i have to see what number it is. So im sneaking around the bush to see the plate and try to see in the car, the light was hitting it wrong so i had to keep walking towards the car, all the while thinking what if it isn’t who i think it is. Sure enough dad and mom popped out of the car to surprise us. I was so shocked and asked them if Keith knew, which he didn’t. So needless to say we were all surprised. Gavin went running to hug Grandma and Grandpa as we said hi. So we had a surprise visit from my parents and a great weekend of garage sale fun and all sorts of craziness. Keith and Dad were able to go to a movie and mom and i got some packing done. Then today they left and we decided to go do something fun with Shafiq and Nima in Omaha. We had a wonderful meal and a great time visiting with them. It was so relaxing and such a blessing to just not do any of the moving stuff. They will be another set of friends that we will miss when we move. Here are some pictures that Nima sent over.
